Since 2001, the Knowledge-First Empowerment Academy has been providing educational services, which augment the reasoning performances and maximizes the distinctive potential of all learners. We provide opportunities to engage and contribute in higher level thinking activities and fashion our academic and enrichment components to inspire critical and diverse thinking.
It is with pleasure that we introduce you to the Knowledge-First Empowerment Academy. We are an elite private school, nestled in the heart of Missouri City, Texas. We provide a supportive safe student driven environment which inspires all learners to achieve their highest potential.
Because of this attention to both subject matter and more importantly, to the students themselves, our learners soon become self-directed in their thirst for knowledge. Furthermore, understanding that education not only addresses the intellectual capacities, we also develop character, healthy lifestyles and proficiencies that lead to life-long resiliency.
Our Accreditation is from Cognia (formerly AdvancED), which is the largest Accreditation agency in the U.S. formed by a merger of 3 of the 6 leading Regional Accreditation agencies in the U.S. Cognia accreditation is recognized in 85 countries. At KFEC, we are wholeheartedly committed to the concept that knowledge is indeed power and that the power of knowledge can remove barriers of mistrust, enhance understanding, and forge friendships between people and nations. While generating immense goodwill and cooperation between young and old. This is the underpinning philosophy behind everything we do in seeking to spread the access of American education throughout the international community.
Our motto, “Wisdom~Honor~Perseverance” will prepare our learners to become responsible citizens and contributors to society. Our methodology teaches our learners to learn, explore, create, design, manipulate, solve, judge and evaluate.
Through our empowermental approach, Knowledge-First inspires learners to value the educational environment, themselves and the contributions of others. We believe, as did Plato, that the purpose and ultimate value of education is not to stick thoughts into the pupils' head, but to inspire them to think for themselves.
Our dedication at KFEC is to enable as many students as would like to experience this life-changing opportunity of “American education at your fingertips—everywhere!” to have that chance. In the past, students had to come to America to access an American education, but we can now make that education available to any student, at any grade level, in their home country. Our goal is to help prepare the student to improve his or her portfolio for college acceptance by adding a Fully Accredited U.S. high school studying experience to it.
